the staff was friendly and cute facilities were clean.
i found the room hygiene to be lacking the room wasn't filthy, however you could tell some areas were not thoroughly cleaned. the room was also very small. i would not recommend it to claustrophobic guests.

The king room was really good. It had a bathroom with a hot shower. there is a bar with great beers attached to the hotel. the laundry works well, and the internet is good!
one staff member's service and the duvet had a bad smell. it reminded me of it was used and not washed.

the staff were very kind and attentive. they were always helpful with my questions and requests. the room was clean and warm. i found the free wifi to be reasonably fast and reliable for all my needs.
the menu was limited to bao buns only. i believe normally other breakfast options are available.

the location is central. staff members are super friendly and helpful. i found free coffee available throughout the day, so that was a big plus (saved me a few bucks!). the rooms include lockers, which are a great way to store your belongings safely.

the staff were friendly. the location was great near the station. i found razors readily accessible. i also had easy access to an iron when i needed it.
The tv had hardly any signal. I learned the aerial was busted.

the bar downstairs has happy hour every day from 4 pm to 8 pm, and the loaded fries and bao buns are really good. there was also live music on one evening, it was really nice.
